Sellers are responsible for their products, pricing, order fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with local food laws and permits.
Buyers are responsible for reading product details and vendor policies before purchase. All sales are final unless stated otherwise by the seller.
Foodsy does not handle refunds, disputes, or delivery—we connect you, but the transaction is between buyer and seller.
Vendors must not redirect sales outside the platform or misuse customer data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
